Eyjafjallajokull – Iceland
I remember the first time I saw the glacier in this painting. The elevation was so high that I felt it touched the sky. It was a mesmerizing experience. I was fascinated with the crystal blue ice adjacent to the black lava. The sun was blazing down on the glacier. Sunbeams were flashing around the glacier.
