Puffy, puffer, fish is one of my favorite paintings.  I adore the simplicity of a small fish swimming along by itself with big eyes looking right at you. It creates a very nice, happy, almost loving, confrontation.  It is fascinating that the fish can blow up and transform itself into a ball of spikes and create a very different, more defiant appearance.
